Accessible Customer Service

This workshop is designed to meet the training requirements of the accessibility standards within the legislation. It will include purposes of the act, types of disabilities and specific customer service interaction techniques. It also includes unique simulation exercises that challenge participants to learn by experience. It is designed to give participants a greater understanding of why accessibility is important to everyone. It also increases their effectiveness in dealing with customers with disabilities.
