Targeted at someone who has recently been promoted to a managerial role in an organization, the Leadership and Management program provides a foundation for successful entry and growth in the middle management function.
The program recognizes the important role a manager has in leading his/her team and the importance of customer service. This course will equip new managers with the techniques required to deal with their new responsibilities and enable them to thrive in a challenging environment.
