We’ll start by laying out your business system to help you identify the areas where value is being generated. You will learn how to divide your workforce into two streams – those who affect strategy, and those affected by strategy.
From there, you’ll learn to uncover team members with essential knowledge and skill sets, then, pinpoint mission critical employees – the ones who develop new strategy within your business system.
In many work environments specialized employee knowledge and skill sets are often siloed, and viewed as closely guarded secrets. Tacit knowledge is inherently difficult to transfer between individuals. It takes time and a deep understanding of the knowledge and demonstrated skill set.
